Opening Tournament

The opening tournament will be held at Lethbridge College on the weekend of October 1-2.  Please mark your calendars!

Upcoming Season & League Expansion

Gyms have been secured for weekly league play for the upcoming season. We have enough space so far to continue with our 20 team league.  We are crossing our fingers that more space may become available and we would be able to welcome 4 new teams.  This would allow us to run 3 tiers of 8 teams.

If you are intersted in entering a new team, please contact Vicki at vicki@llvbl.com.  You will be asked to provide a $150 deposit with your registration.  If we are unable to secure the gym space, your deposit will be refunded in full.  The remaing fees of $450 (total fee of $600) would be due by September 15, 2010.

 Taking New Spares

If you are interested in being placed on a volleyball team or occasionly subbing for a team that is short, we can add you to our spares list.

Meet the
Spares Night

Wilson Middle School

We will be hosting a "Meet the Spares" night where the spares will be invited out to play with and get a chance to meet the team captains.  We feel this gives captains an opportunity to meet the spares, get an idea of their general skill level, and it makes it easier to know who to call when you are stuck.
